Our promise: every invitation, Basic or Gold, stays online with free hosting for as long as Mastery Invites operates. If we ever decide to close the service, we will tell every Basic and Gold user at least one month in advance, so you have time to save your invitation, photos and RSVP list.

Gold is a one-time charge per invitation page, not a subscription. Self-service accounts and online payment are coming soon; until then our team creates and updates invitations for you.
What “permanent hosting” means
- Your invitation link keeps working after the wedding. The countdown turns into a thank-you message on its own.
- We don’t delete invitations for being old or inactive.
- We may take an invitation offline if it breaks the rules below, or if you ask us to remove it.
If the service closes
- We will notify every Basic and Gold user at least one month before shutting down, using the contact details you gave us.
- During that month, you can ask for a copy of your invitation details, photos, music and RSVP list.
Your privacy
- Invitation links are private: they use a random code and ask search engines not to list them. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it with care.
- RSVP replies (names, phone numbers, messages) are visible only to our team and the family who ordered the invitation.
- Photos are resized and stripped of hidden location data when uploaded.
- You can ask us to delete an invitation and everything attached to it at any time.
Content rules
- Only upload photos and music you have the right to share.
- Invitations must not contain anything unlawful, hateful or misleading.
Changes to this policy
If we change these terms in a way that affects existing invitations, we will tell affected users before the change takes effect. The one-month shutdown notice will never be shortened for invitations already created.
